Mine does not. I replaced my Bose HU with a AVIC f90 and my Van does not work. I read some where that the Nav gets some commands from the Bose HU. I know I have a NAV on the AVIC but sometimes having two would be a benefit. Anyone know how to make it work?

I'm also very curious about this, if you go to BestBuy they will tell you that it will not work, but from reading on here all I saw was that you'll lose the voice guidance feature. That is also what my installer told me will happen when I asked him about getting my Pioneer AVHP4100. Others probably know more than me, so correct me if I'm wrong, but the Bose headunit isn't directly connected to the stock navi from what I see. Like in my Father's Accord the navi directly controls the radio, bluetooth, navigation, A/C, etc. So, I'm not 100% sure about this info, but I'd be willing to bet that an aftermarket headunit will work with stock navi, and you should only lose minor features.

P.S. I think the stock navi on the '03 is complete sh*t anyways!
