Default Used AVIC D3 for $350 - Good Deal?

I got this guy to come down to $350 for a used AVIC D3. There isn't a harness/cables that come with the sale, just the unit.

http://sfbay.craigslist.org/eby/pts/1377643064.html

I checked Ebay completed listings and they were around 400 for new units + shipping.

Thoughts? Also, any advice on checking out the unit and words of caution?

Thanks.

I paid $475 two years ago there were big sales on the unit. For that price difference I would buy new. Everything is brand new, warrantee, all disk, paperwork, the wiring isnt pulled out of another car and piece of mind of all things. If it has any kind of failure your screwed.

If it's 400$+ Shipping for a new unit I would pay the extra to get the new head-unit.
