Its only 4.3in but its not intended for video so it doesn't really bother me at all. I just glance down for nav updates every once in awhile.

 

Is this unit fully compatible with the non-bose stock system? Do I have to worry about the 2 vs 4ohm at all, or would I be good to just wire it up?

 

Same question as nolic1, but for the Bose system. I would love to have a unit like that but don't want to have to replace all other components.

i really hate to bump this extremely old thread, but if the OP, or if ANYONE! knows the face plate he used to get his u310bt to go in flush like that, please, please, please tell me! ive been looking everywhere trying to find one.

 

sorry to bump a really old thread. but if by any change OP is still active, can you tell me what face plate you are using with the u310bt? because i can not find one anywhere at all that fits it near good as that. i have a 1/2" gap under my head unit currently. if anyone other than OP knows that'd be great as well.
