Running speaker wires question?
I have a 04 with bose system and I want to upgrad to the following:
head unit
front and rear speakers
Sub in stock location
5 channel amp
My question is on running the speaker wires, if I can run them to the stock bose amp cut it off there by connecting them there? So basically let the new wires run up to the stock wires at the location of the factory amp. Or the easiest run new wires from new amp behind to the HU wires? Saves me the trouble of running wires through out the whole car since it is already ran. I know the watts will not be efficient.

No, I'd recommend against it.
The wires from your headend go back to the "amplifiers" and then from them to the speakers so you'd have to trace the wires back to the amps and then bypass them. I did this for about two weeks while I was awaiting my amps to arrive from a mail order. You'll then have to splice the factory speaker connectors to the aftermarket ones ... you've got two splices in a line that now can go bad on you ... and double your labor effort. Once you've pulled the interior apart to get to the rear speakers you're not going to want to do that again.

It's a pain but run the wires around the factory ones. The toughest part will be getting into the front doors though the rubber boots but it can be done.
Here's the ball of wire you end up with to by-pass the rear amplifier ... that's a lot of soldier and heat shrink.

The mid/tweet amplifier is mounted under the antenna in the back driver's side quarter panel.
