Anyone tried sealing door pods?
As the title suggests I was wondering if anyone has tried sealing a set of CAS door pods by glassing the back curved out enough to fit the speakers? Just an idea but Im not sure if it would give me any gains as far as sound goes. Has anyone tried this? I did a search but couldnt find an answer.

the problem with sealing them, when you are talking about a pod of that size, is that with almost all the speakres out there, you will get a lot of midbass coloration.
meaning a big, unnatural bump in the 150-300hz range, it varies from speaker to speaker, but generally, this is NOT a good idea.
