I have a KOS-A200. I got it installed properly and I can hear the beeps over the speakers showing me that everything is working, but my current problem is that I do not have any way to display the controls of the KOS. I have a 2003 base sound system.
I need someone with this device to give me a hand to activate the the aux (1). What I need is the sequence of buttons that I need to input to get to the menu where I can activate the aux input. I am only using it so that I can listen to my ipod in my car, so I just need to get it set once and I am good. So anyone that could point me in the right direction or a simple solution for setting up the aux, it would be great help.

So what I am finding is that the radio the s200 is hooked to needs RDS to display the info, but of course the base system does not have RDS. So I need to find some other solution to set this thing up.

So from what I have found the kca-ip500 will work with the a200 and allow me to hook up a ipod. I am not sure if it will work with my 3.0+ software since it seems most cables do not support past 2.x os.
So I am looking at this as a possible solution. I am going to go see if bestbuy carries these as well. If the device will read the source that is playing then that this type if device is all I need and should give me the iphone connection that would work for me.

Well the cable was a waste of money. It did not work, however I was able to hit the menu button and through 10 minutes of trial and error I arrived at the menu that activated my aux input. So now I can listen to my iphone while driving. The only issue is the USB feature will not charge when it is not activated so I will just run my car charger and the issue will be solved.

Just an update of the install. Nothing impressive, just a simple low buck option for listening to and ipod as my main radio. It be easily hidden up so there is nothing worth stealing in plain sight.
Now I just need to look into an app solution for better navigation when the device is on its side. I have seen a few in the appp store meant for driving and being sideways. I'll report back if I use any I am happy with.
