Default Is the Kenwood DNX8120 TV capable??

I have a Kenwood DNX8120. does anyone know if I can attach a TV tuner?? Have found nothing in my web search.

Funny. I was just reading up on that tonight. I've got one that I'm getting ready to re-install.
To your question, yes, it will accept a TV tuner. Go to Kenwood's website to the support area. You can download a manual for the 8120. If not, let me know and I'll send it to you.

Yes it will accept a TV tuner, but it is no longer available here in the United States because it is only an analog tuner and we only use digital now. There is no adaptor that will convert it to digital. Just in case you are wondering the part number is KTC-V500N

DirectTV'll hook you up. The dish might make your Z look ricey though.

It doesn't look like there are very many choices in the US. Kenwood has a unit in Europe. Here's some that I found. I don't have a clue about any of them though.
