problem after avic z110bt install

Default problem after avic z110bt install

Hey guys was up, well i had a company install a the z110bt by pioneer yesterday and i didnt notice that the computer display its not displaying accurate information. it says it ice when its really not, and some of the other things that it shows are not showing up, it has just lines.

What should i do. I will take some pictures and show you guys. Is there a way to reset the ecu? and if so will that fix it?

The Z does strange things after the battery is disconnected. I assume the battery was disconnected for the install. Give the Z a day or 2 to fix itself.

yes it was disconnected, and it also fixed it self. I just checked

you never ran your tank to empty and saw the flashing dotted line. ground your rca's to the HU chassis(ground loop) avoid a whining noise poineers are notorious for blowing their on board fuses

**** i nver heard about the whining nosie before.? I was about to pick up a avic z110bt for $799 on sale only reason why choosing this navi..
Perhaps i should stick with kenwood model then..
