IMO everyone should stop with the recommendations because OP doesn't really care what anyone else thinks.

I don't mind giving advice to someone that will actually listen. That's why I stopped giving Jason advice

I do wanna listen. Okay I would like to be within $1k. Its possible just tuff. I want that pioneer headunit no other because looks clean has ton of features. $300.

Now the components I know keep those down to $100. Something close to 100 Watts rms. PG hear there good?

I do want rear speakers just like option to use them. Close to 100 rms. Sure find good ones under $75.

4-channel and mono sure find these for $150 each.

I have always liked 2 12s. I would consider 2 10s. Least 300 rms each. Within $75 each.

Either the 2 10 box or 2 12 box on ebay $100-175.

I just have to stay at that budget. Please keep them coming. Lol

Sounds like you'll be happy with a subpar system. Good luck.

First, don't confuse watts RMS with quality.

Your prices just aren't good enough to be worry about and expecting recommendations. You're trying to build a budget system. The best we can do is help you pick between a couple of choices you've already narrowed down.

Here are example prices I would expect for a middle-of-the-road system:

Subwoofer: $150-300 each
Components: $200-$400
Amplifier: $300-800
Coaxials: $100-150

Those are new prices of course. You can browse the classifieds and pick things up cheaper.

As someone already suggested, get a Head Unit, Amp, and Components first. That'll meet your budget and give you pretty good sound for the time being. When you save up some more money, pick up a sub, box, and another amp if (if yours can't support the subwoofer).

I don't mean to be a negative nancy, just trying to help you pick something you'll be happy with. Unfortunately, that means breaking out the wallet.

I recommend you shop around the classifieds section, and peice together your system slowly. There are some GREAT deals there from time to time on great components.

Otherwise, go with the system recommended to you earlier.

I agree with Blasian he will be happy within his budget. It will obviously be much better than stock and of course he's not gonna have the critical ears that come from experience. Guys just remember your first couple systems it wasnt high end and it was probably put together with half what hes spending but to you it was the best sounding system ever. Op your budget is more than enough to keep you happy for awhile. These guys are confusing their personal experience levels with yours.

im not trying to be a dick, but ive been trying to help this guy in a couple of his other redundant posts - and he is beyond help. he has his mind made up (rear speakers/12's, blah blah) and he wants it done on a beer budget. so everyone else do yourself a favor and dont waist your time

Okay so i went to a custom car audio shop down the street from my work. Real cool dude. He knew a lot and gave me advice and checked my car out and put together a quote. Price seemed really good and seems like good quality speakers, and amps.

The stuff is ARC AUDIO- Here's there website link- http://arcaudio.com/
They make stuff that cost thousands of dollars people that just love to spend money. They also make a line of products that's in budget in mind. I also listen to the stuff on display sounds loud, clear, good bass, clean. Its not flashy stuff. They have a gallery of cars that use there product and reviews in magazines comparing other popular brands and out perform them.

This is the quote put together for me;

-ARC AUDIO KAR Series KS6006 Components-
6-1/2", 50 rms/ 100 peak, 87 db sensitivity, 60hz-20khz feq. response, 4 ohm

-ARC AUDIO KAR Series KS6026 Rear 2-way-
6-1/2", 50 rms/ 100 peak, 86db sensitivity, 60hz-20khz feq. response, 4 ohm

-ARC AUDIO KAR Series XXD10D Subwoofers-
10", 200 rms/ 400 peak, 2+2 ohms, 86db sensivity, 32hz-2.5hz feq. response, .7 cu. ft. optimum performance

-ARC AUDIO XXD Series 4-Channel amp-
4 x 80 watts rms @ 4 ohms

-ARC AUDIO XXD Series Mono Channel amp-
1 x 500 watts rms @ 1 ohm

He said the Pioneer AVH-P3200DVD is a good headunit, & do the (2) 10" Zenclosure.

He could do the Speakers, Amps, Subs, Wiring, Headunit, Box, & Installed for $1500. Amps will be stacked in the compartment behind passengers seat for security and that box/subs are hidden under the strut bar and window tint for security.

The break down is;

$199 for components, $100 for rear spekaers, $289 ea. for the amps, $100 for the wiring, $300 for headunit, $150 for box, $300 for labor= $1,725

$225 Discount since it's a package deal.

Said that i will be really happy with the setup and will get loud, clean, nice bass, etc. and parts, & install under warranty and a HUGE improvement from what i have now.

What do you guys think?

Perhaps, but that experience is also the reason we're giving the advice we're giving.

Good call

Just trying to save the trouble because it's amazing how much you save by doing things right the first time

I have some 2 Infinity subwoofers that I'm looking to sell if you're interested.
2 x 10" Infinity Kappa 102.7w

And from personal experience, I went with some aftermarket Infinity component speakers for my rear (6010cs) and they sound great but I plan on disconnecting them and just running the fronts.
