Default IPOD Install in Stock 350z Touring

Has anyone done a installation of the IPOD into the stock stereo system of the 350z Touring model? I know it has an amp, but are there rca inputs?

I'm trying to, but first I've gotta get my screwy computer to work with the iPod first! Microsoft!!

My neighbor is trying to help me get this thing to work, and in the process he is updating all of the "microsoft service updates". Realize, that if the computer was a car, they'd be called "recalls", not updates! How many *%$*$*$# cars need 22 recalls? Well, neither should a computer.

Just my opinion on computers. No patience. Just make the thing work!

Anyway, looking forward to some input on iPod installs!

you could just just buy an itrip and let it send a signal to the radio. providing you have the 30 or 40 GB ipod

Even the guys at the apple store recommended to avoid the radio frequency solution. It does not work well, and the sound quality is poor.

I had no problems getting the IPOD to work with Windows. What kinds of problems are you having?

Hey try using iTunes for windows. It will work right off the bat. I use it on my G4 PowerBook. On my mom's Dell I downloaded iTunes for windows and it works good with her iPod, no problems. I have the Belkin auto charger for my 40gb, it has a line output on the charger.

This will only work if you have the 3rd gen iPod or newer, just pickup a tape adapter or a FM modulator. The Alpine FM modulator would be my recomendation since I have that too.

I get real good sound in my Blazer (Still waiting on ZR).
