stereo looks awesome....rims aren't my style though.

 

yeah, i had some volks se37a and i just sold them...waiting on my 19"s to come in...those are there just for now. They are my stock 300zx TT rims.

i just wanna know what the screen in the trunk is for?

is that just for dvds and tv?? or, does it show anything else?

also, you are putting the rest of the internals back in (like the carpet and whatnot.....and you are going to finish it up in the inside, right?

the install looks great. sort of looks like the set up i'm having custom built.

how do you like the amps? i'm going for a JL 500x5 instead of 2 though.

are those 10's? i'm thinking of using JL8w3v2's. should i go for something better? i'm not looking for some a$$ kicking bass. i am going for better quality. (Nazar is builing my custom set-up and using it as a demo car in his shop). check out the signature to see what i'm installing.

 

wow, that is a lot of stuff...i am putting everything back in where it belongs. I am almost done with the system. I used the jl 500/1 for the subs and 300/4 for the mids and highs. The tv in the rear is for ps2 only..i have a 7" flip screen in front for me. This car is a showcar...i use if for daily driving every once in a while. I built everything with a friend...oh, the subs are W3..

I'm assuming that the spare tire is out in which case I wonder why didn't you install the amps flushed where the spare used to sit?

 

nope spare tire is still there...i wanted everything functional. I just wanted to enhancement it. so, all the factory parts that come with the car are there including jack parts.

 

why not use 2 jl audio 10w6v2's (or 10w7's) or even 1 JL audio 12w7 ? The bass output from the 10w6v2 is much, MUCH better from the w6v2's than the standard 10w6's...

Your fiberglass work looks great, and amp install is clean but I would have chose some newer updated speaker models.

Also, where do you put the golf clubs ??

 

what kind of paint did you use on the sub enclosures, they look great!

 

cause sometimes bass output doesn't equal quality. sometimes more bass = less sound quality. not everyone is going for knock your socks off bass, right? i could install those...but, i'm sticking to 2 8w3v2's to have a much more clean sounding system (and this was recommended by a professional car stereo installer...Nazar...he's on this forum as well).

Ryder32 - i'm not sure how much it's going to cost. Nazar is building this all from scratch and using it as his demo car in his shop in NH since i'm taking the car off the road for the winter anyway. i'm leaving it up to him to build a great quality system. he does awesome work. i'll keep you posted with pics...and if these boxes come out great, he's thinking of selling them.

if i get a new monitor for the front...i still have to figure out what to do with the monitor that's in there?? hhhmmmm???

(also, any ryder, what's your opinion on the neon...yeah? no?)

 

How much airspace in each enclosure? I'm trying to figure out a few options for the placement of my 10's.

 

I built it to jl numbers...I am so tired after building this box...if anyone is interest in something like this or has a crazy ideas, let me know we can work something out and build you a box. I can glass or wood...enclosure in truck or where ever. you dream it we can build it...
