i have an oem HU on an 04.5 touring, as u kno theres a subwoofer right behind the driver's seat, im thinking of adding an oem bose subwoofer just like the 1 thats behind the drivers seat, behind the passenger seat..i will get the oem housing, subwoofer cover, mount and oem amp...is it doable?

why put all that money and effort into adding more hot garbage?? Put the money toward something proper...

 

so you're willing to loose one of your only storage units to get a "more OEM look" get a better sub and sealed box and put it in the drivers side cubby if you want to keep the OEM look. Adding another one of those subs is a terrible idea and you'd really be wasting your money.
