Default Aftermarket 6.5 speakers

Hello guys!

Just got a 2003 Z about 2 weeks ago without the Bose system, and that systems sounds horrible. Just got a 2 10" box for the rear with two 10" JL's, and a Pioneer AVH-P4300DVD.

I have been searching on what set of speakers to get for the door and back. I know they are 6.5 but I want to keep the original looks of the car since the speakers have the OME plastics covers and I want it like that.

What could you guys recommend? Any of you running aftermarket speakers with the OME covers?

Thanks to all

Well what's your budget? and how loud you looking to go? do you want loud or clear? some questions to start from. I'm running Hertz HSK 165XL in the stock spots with stock grill covers and sounds amazing!

Also where in Florida are you?

Thanks for your reply.

Budgetiwse not too much and not too little. I will have 2 JL's 10"s in the back with a 2 channel amp. I might run the aftermarket speaker from the stereo directly instead of an amp since I wanna run only one amp.

I am looking for something the fits properly with the stock grills and that sounds good. Was looking at the Kickers, Polk or Kenwood. I have read that some people run into problems when installing some speakers due to the fact that they do not fit properly

I am in Margate, Florida.
