Hey guys... considering a WX-770 for my Z. A couple of preliminary questions if you will:
1) Does it have an auxiliary input? I would like to connect an I-pod directly to the head unit through an 1/8"--> RCA adapter into the aux. in. Similiarly, could I do this and still have a CD changer attached seperately?
2) Has anyone successfully interfaced the factory Nav with the WX-7700? I don't want to lose my nav audio, and wat to know f there is a muting circuit built in (and how difficult it is to accomplish).
3) What's the deal with the radio? I have heard that we need some sort of special device to use the radio here in the US. Is this true?
4) Would the amplification of the head unit be enough to power a good set of component speakers? Such as a Diamond S600s.
5) Was anyone concerned with the security issues of this headunit? It does not appear to have a removable faceplate, and I would think this would be a really useful feature to have as a theft deturrent.
Thanks for all your help.

Bria5, the search button is your friend.
1. Yes it has an aux input
2. Don't know about the factory nav question...
3. The deal with the radio. If you by the japanese version, you have to get an adapter. If you get the Korean version, it should pick up all US frequencies (use search for more info).
4. If your components are "good", head unit power will not do them justice. period.
5. get a decent alarm, it's not removable.
