Getting rid of BOSE hu, new amps needed?
Looked at a bunch of posts... and from what i understand i cant jsut change the BOSE hufor another one? (thinking about Kenwood DPX-MP4030)
And i cant do this because of the amps or something?
So what are the minimums that i have to change to get another HU working ?
thnx

If you do the HU, you really should do the amp/speakers. If you are on a budget you can run the speakers from the HU's integrated amps for now.
No highs, no lows, must be Bose.
Get rid of the Bose amps. They are the main culprit of the crappy
Bose sound. The problem is you aren't going to be able to use an aftermarket amplifier to run the Bose speakers effectively. I would start saving and replace as much as you can.
