Strip out all of the audio stuff to save weight. Get an Ipod/mp3 player and headphones and one of those hand held GPS things. Problem solved. It's cheap and your cars lighter. :-)

What exactly is your budget? A Double-Din unit would probably be your best bet if you want Navi and bluetooth. There are a TON of options out there so do a little research at your local audio shops and play around with some of the units. Then look on the web and I'm 99% sure you can find the same unit or better cheaper. I have an older Kenwood DNX unit in my car and it pretty much satisfies my needs: Navi, Bluetooth, DVD, Ipod, Rear Cam, etc.

As far as speakers, just scroll through some of the threads in this forum and I'm pretty sure you'll find what you are looking for. Also, are you planning on doing the install yourself?

not sure on the budget but im going to to do the double din first then speakers.. is it better to keep the stock player and have the double din at the same time? also are there double dins that can connect to the oem steering wheel audio controls? thanks! not looking for anything really fancy just something decent that has nav, bluetooth, ipod. what double din would you recommend?

Not really sure what you mean by keeping the stock player and the double din, because I believe you can only have one going at a time. There is an extra harness you can buy that connects the steering controls with the head unit. I believe its called PAC SWI jack or something like that. I'm pretty sure if you google/amazon/ebay it you'll find it pretty easy. Just make sure that you get the right one because I have heard some are brand specific.

As far as which DD unit you should get, it is entirely up to your taste. Most of the DD units that are out nowadays come standard with Nav, DVD, Bluetooth, and Ipod. You should go to your local audio shop and play with some of them. Personally I really liked the Kenwood, so I went with it because it did everything I wanted it to. Plus bypassing the parking break was as easy as grounding the parking wire.

Youtube reviews was helpful as well. Here's a link of a review of my HU. It's a 2010 but still has a ton of features and cheaper than most that I have researched:
