I checked out the USASPEC PA15-Nis converter that connects to the stock Bose CD/Tape/Radio) and apparently it does not/not work with my Bose radio since "CAT" is not displayed/printed on the external face of the radio.

Does anyone know of another unit that would be compatible with a 2003 350Z Touring?

I have the PA15 in my '03. It works fine with my old Nano, iPhone4 and my iPhone5 w/ lightning adapter. If I recall, I lost charging capability with the iPhone5 but it still plays music.

 

Actually it does work. I bought the PA15 and I don't have the CAT, what you have to do is hit the CD6 and it will switch to your iPod/iPhone. I also have a 03 Touring and I'm very surprised by the quality of sound my Bose was getting, it's a good choice if your not going with aftermarket decks.
