Default two amps where the stock bose sub is? to much heat?

I am getting ready to install a JL sound system in my car which will include a JL JX500/1D and a JL XD 400/4 amp. I would like to put these both behind the driver seat inside where the stock bose sub is. will this generate to much heat in a small area for me to run this setup? would i need some kind of fan hooked up on the backside of the speaker cover?

any input appreciated. thanks

The sub panel is vented, so shouldn't be a problem. I have two behind the storage panel on the passenger side and never had a problem. The storage box cover had been changed to the vented sub cover on that side.

That place is not sealed. lots of cavities that connect to the trunk area and rear speaker hump area. even without vented cover you should be fine
