Pioneer app radio question
A friend and I just installed the pioneer app radio 2 in my 350z. Everything works perfectly fine except for the apps. Bluetooth and everything is set up and I have the app radio app on my iPhone. Just says if the apps don't show up in a few seconds then launch the app on the phone. I do and nothing happens.. Any suggestions?
is the radio up to date? who knows how long that radio has been on a shelf and the lastest udate was like july 2012 when they were having trouble with compatibility with the new iphone softwares from ios6
check on pioneers website, itll tell u how to check if ur head unit is up to date and if not itll tell u how to update...that's my guess

+1 that could also b it...if its not connected though I thought u couldn't click ok in the begging?
That's true if I recall the HDMI input couldn't be activated without proper grounding and when I ran the Pioneer app I couldn't click "OK" to continue.
OP, I plugged in an iPod mini last night for the first time and it took a long time for the HU to recognize it but it finally lit up the iPod icon and played flawlessly. I did read however that the latest generation of iPhones needs the latest firmware and even a new special cable. Check out the firmware updating instruction on Pioneers website for this device:
