Just from browsing around the forums for a while now I would say ditch the rear speakers and bridge a four channel to the sub, but I may be partial because I am about to do the same thing.

+1 Rear fill in a Z is really pointless for such a small environment and it messes up the imaging. A cap for a single 10" isn't necessary as your JBL amp is a class D which runs very efficient. FWIW, I would get a sub with a higher RMS rating, so you can utilize your amp's 2 ohm output of 500 x 1. Just my $.02. Good luck.

Gotta agree with the others. Just finished up my build and I installed a set of Eclipse speakers in the rear. Got everything hooked up and started tweaking the settings only to unhook the rears after trying to get them to sound ok and blend in. The placement of them just makes the volume so overbearing, even with levels as low as possible.
I, like you, am running a 5 channel amp so I just bridged the front/rear channels onto my front set. About the only other thing I could recommend is to run the rears off the headunit power, which may help you keep them low enough to work ok. I thought about trying this, but really don't feel like running more wires to the rear lol.

Personally I would run two 10" SSA DCONS dual 2ohm and wire together into one 2ohm load for the sub channel. That's my goal eventually, just threw in two Polk Dxi tens that I picked up on sale from crutchfield for the time being. I have two 12" DCONS in my truck and they are by far the best sub I have heard/used. Play great on "low" power.
Looks like your components up front can take 100watts, if you bridge your amp into a 3 way mode that would be 150 per side to the components. A little high, but should be ok if you don't get crazy with the gains. I always liked to go a little higher on amp wattage vs speaker rms rating. Lets you keep the gains as low as possible and still achieve good volume.

Front chan Right + and Left - to speaker.
Rear Chan Right + and Left - to speaker.
This is called bridging an amp. Your basically taking the front channel right and left and combining into one channel. Doing the same with your rears. So instead of 4 channels (front r/l rear r/l) you now have two channels, a right and left.
