I have been having an issue with my Bose sub cutting in and out and after doing some research I set about removing the amp today. Unfortunately in the process of unplugging the amp I was in a bit of a rush and accidentally removed the wrong piece of the plug causing all the pins to get mixed up. As there is different colour wires on the the other plug I now dont know where all these pins go I have included some photos of what I mean any help would be much appreciated.

 

Not sure if this helps, looks like wire colors are different. Tonight, I can go back and do some logic elimination, take apart my amp and do a few sketches…this is off my 2003 touring, obviously in the USA.

 

Thats a brilliant help thanks, a bit strange about the differences but judging by the thickness of the wire I would assume the Pink wire on my loom is the same as the Red on yours. I seem to have a Red/Blue instead of the orange on yours so I guess I will just put the Red/Blue where your orange is? Mine is a UK spec btw.

 

I would assume the larger of the wires are your power. I can do a little more digging tonight if you like?
