Have a 2003 enthusiast and one of my CD's doesn't want to come out. It's the stock stereo and I was wondering if this has happened to anyone or if anyone knows a solution.

 

It's a common problem best fixed by replacing the H/U.

Mine went out early this year and I got my cd out by using a paper clip. I still need to replace my HD though.

 

So I was just driving and I was getting so tired of the same songs on the CD that's stuck in there so I put on the radio and the CD just ejected by itself...... Lol. I do plan on changing the H/U in the near future though. Thanks!

 

^^ You discovered how messed-up the stock Clarion H/U is in the 2003.

I guess if switching from CD to radio ejects the disk, you could use this for awhile, saving the cost of buying and installing a new H/U.. It will likely fail (and probably soon) resulting in an unrecoverable CD.
