Default Door switches not working after stereo install. Need advice

Hey guys! Recently installed an pioneer deck, replaced speaker wires, all speakers, and added an amp. After reinstalling everything, the door switches on both sides have stopped responding.

Trying to figure out the issue..
The Green connectors are wired to the deck
The Red connectors are not connected to anything... Could this be the issue?

Info:
2008 350z Base Auto
Non Bose
Door speaker wires were ran through a small drilled hole into the molex
Checked all fuses
Double checked all connections inside door and dash

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you over drill your molex like everyone who had issues with their switches after drilling holes in their molex? Drilling that is a risky task.

Those connectors go to BCM. BCM controls the solenoids and take in the door lock status.

drilling the connector was super simple.

Yeah but all your switches still worked afterwards, theirs plenty of people who screwed the pooch on that drill job.

Car doesn't belong to me, what is the lockout switch?

As some have stated, perhaps I over drill the molex or nipped a wire. I will get the car back and remove the doors to check the molex. I was very careful when I drilled.

UPDATE

I purchased 2 used molex and replaced both doors. Nothing changed.

Symptoms:
Driver door
Mirror, lock and power window switches not responsive. Keyfob does NOT lock/unlock the door.

Passenger door
Lock and window switches not responsive. Keyfob does lock/unlock the door.

Any more ideas? I'd greatly appreciate it.

Power getting to the switches? Anything ground out when it shouldn't be? Particularly on the drivers side. Did the new speakers go back in the same spot could a screw have gone squirrely into a harness?

I would have to assume no power is getting to the drivers side. I could check with a dmm but I'm not sure which wire to look at. Grounding is only at 2 points, one by the stereo and one for the amp.

I used the old stock 6.5s and cut the speakers out and used it as an adapter. No way of damaging the harness. I also replaced the whole door harness/molex and no change in symptoms.

Are both door units containing the switches plugged in? I remember when I did mine that the two units form some kind of circuit, if they are not both plugged in then neither works. I could be wrong... the whole process was so painful that just thinking about it makes my hands cramp up

I was more thinking something that shouldn't be grounded is somehow grounded. Or a wire pinched somewhere.

Im kinda lost I had my money on the molex being messed up.

After some more research in the forum, I am officially putting my money of the speaker wire running through the molex has bunched up and bent some pins inside the connection. I will get the car back on Monday and we will see.
