I'm getting ready to install an infinity basslink sub in the rear stock location while keeping the stock head unit and speakers as is, for the moment. I have the non-bose system.
Will this be sufficient to get everything working:
Infinity Basslink
Power wire from amp to battery
In-line fuse <18" from battery
Ground wire (same size as power wire)
Line Out Converter
RCA Cable from LOC to AMP
Wire (guage?) to tap into +12V Ignition wire to turn on amp
Only real question if this is the correct equipment is where/what wire to connect the LOC to.
Thanks for any and all help,

The items look right to me. I've never used LOCs, but that sounds right. I would think, since you'll have to rip all the panelling around the rear speakers out anyway, just tap into the rear speaker wires inside the rear speaker brace thing.

That's an idea. The basslink has speaker inputs as well so I may just tap into those if that will work well.
Still not sure what wire to connect the LOC to from the back of the headunit though if I go that route (of if I have to). If it's supposed to connect to all 4 speaker outputs or if there is a central wire. Any clues on that one anybody?
