Default 2003 Nissan 350z Car Speaker Amp

2003 Nissan 350z Does anyone know or have a link to locating the amp that is supposed to be in the trunk of the car. I don't know if it came with bose system or just regular as when I bought the car with aftermarket already on it. Crutchfield is telling me there isn't one.

Crutchfield is correct. None of the '03 Z33s were equipped with an amp in the trunk of the car.

Gotcha, having an issue with not getting sound out of my front left and back right speakers. I switched the wires going into the head unit changing it so front left is connected to front right and back left is connected to back right and I'm still only getting sound from the front left and front right speakers. I replaced all 4 speakers as I thought this would fix the issue and it still occurring. Today I also plugged up anew head unit and still the same thing. Any ideas on what to try next?

Since you already tried the “switch wires” test with no joy, pretty clear it’s a wiring problem going from head to speaker. Test continuity with a VOM and replace or repair the speaker cable.

Default Update

I was able to get 3/4 working by replacing the wiring harness to the HU. Gonna have to take the time now to trace wires and also check if maybe just that 1 speaker is defective.

My 03 had an amp on the left side of the trunk underneath.(BOSE)
I wired a new amp and brought the amp wires right to the factory amp connector in the trunk
