Default Wanna Stay Retro

I have a 2005 350Z Enthusiast Roadster with its original Bose stereo unit. 6 disk CD, cassette, am/fm. Excellent Bose sound. But I’m finding I could use Bluetooth connectivity for my iPhone, take calls, stream my extensive song catalog. The but is, all these after market stereo units look very un retro. All lit up, multi colors. Any suggestions of units that maybe fit better with the retro look?

No disco? 🤣

i had a JVC Double DIN unit that looked pretty "period" for my '03. It had the ability to change all the colors (background, digits, etc) i set to match the factory displays (dash, gauge pods, etc.) Never changed it in 11 years once set

Not too sure if "basic units" still exist. (Haven't looked.)

You can adapt aftermarket units to the Bose amp qnd speakers using the PAC-ROEM adapter specific for the Z. Needed to alter the impedance of the Bose system.

Run it through an AUX input like this: https://my350z.com/forum/audio-and-v...ll-models.html

Or this:
