Default Need Headunit Experts! Motorized Hide Faces?

I am looking for a single din headunit that will motorized hide itself 180' showing only the backing when its turned off. I only found those that can flip down/open 75'. I remember Kenwood had one long time ago that will do that.

Anyone?

i usually goes to www.crutchfield.com/ and look up their car items as a reference to go somewhere else and buy it. technically i use crutchfield as a resource site then goto ebay and put in the item model number. LOL

I have never understood the point of getting a h/u that looks like it's not there. most of the time you can tell it's there because it's all black rather than having connections showing. and if a person was going to break in to your car, seeing a flat black spot where your radio should be lets them know to pop the trunk and take the subs (most of the time at least).

But i could be wrong, maybe it does deter theifs who dont know much about car radios except how to rip them out. Agreed with checking crutchfield or sound domain and then finding a better price elsewhere.

i think u can "kinda" prevent thieves breaking into the car if the stereo is blacked out.
if i were a thief, i wouldnt risk myself for an unsure product.
rather, i will look for another car that sure shows what im gonna rip out.
u will never know if there really is a stereo in that spot 'till u break in (or, might be a really cheap stereo).
well... sorta... cuz if a stereo is blacked out, its usually expensive stuff..
i think tinted widows + blacked stereo must go together to get better result
