I have the Bose system with NO navigation. What I want to do is, install a monitor in each headrest and one more monitor where the navigation should be. I have all the nissan OEM monitors and player. Any help from anyone?? What else do I need??? How do I hook up the DVD player to the Bose head unit??

 

Do you have midgets sleeping the the rear? who's gonna watch the ones in the headrest?

 

just a thought...i would probably only put a monitor in the facotyr location, given that you have a soft top and it would take me all of 10 seconds to runa knife through your roof and pull out any visible monitors...

i just don't understand why you would want to invite theives?

 

I have a hard top number one. Number two the monitors are for show and since I already have THREE in my posision, I figured what the heck, might as well throw them in the head rest.

 

If it's for show why not go the extra mile and create some kind of custom enclosure, possibly in the trunk? In my opinion I think they'll look cheesy in the headrests. Eitherway, take pics when you're done and post them.

 

I think it's just a waste to put them in the head rest. Doesn't really make any sense to have them there. Sell two and use the money for speakers or another option.

Can you use these instead of the t-7001mhr? What kind of video connections do they have? How do they turn on/off? Can it fit directly into the nav location without additional modifying?

I've been considering the t-7001mhr for awhile but if I could use this instead I'd pay $150 for one of them.

 

I agree, even for a show car, what is the point of putting monitors in the head rest --- You cant even see those things with the trunk open. Sell em and buy more stickers!!!!
