I can't really give you any specific sopts, but hopefully I can give some general info that might help. Everyone probably uses different spots for grounding, depending on how they did their particular install and amp placement. In general, you want your ground wire to be as short as possible and have a good connection with a large body of metal. (Not a small chunk of metal, but something like the inner body skin just beneath the plastic panels.)

I've found that there are tons of little holes and things all over the metal of the interior skin once you take off the plastic panels. Just utilize one of those if you can find one. You'll probably need to get a custom screw of some sort and forcefully thread the thing into the hole to make sure it sticks tight. And for good measure, it's usually best to file away the paint around the hole so your ground gets a good connection. Heck, if nothing else, you can drill your own hole through the metal. Just be sure not to drill into something critical like the gas tank!

There's screw holes all over the floor of the trunk when you remove the carpets. Just find a screw that fits.
