Satellite Radio in Japanese Head Units

I am looking at a different HU, a Japanese Alpine unit:

I would like to add Sirius - so I can listen to Howard. Any ideas? Is this even possible? Do these radios have any problems pulling down regular fm & am signals? I've heard that you need some kind of adapter. Anyone know more about this?
