Sorry guys I am sure this question has been asked a million times but when the search feature is broken I can't search on it. I read all the back 6 pages last night only to find a little bit of info. I read the how to and no luck there.

Okay, I want to install a screen in the factory nav spot. I already have an in dash DVD player I just need to know if the assembly comes apart or not. By that I mean once you take the dash down, does the back come off or does it have to be cut off and screen mounted to that. I have a monitor already that will not fit unless it comes from the back side. I have a 2003 and sounds like it is different from the 2004, sounded from what I read last night it was possible and 350 owners that had a 2004 were instructed to order the 2003 dash and modify. Can someone please point me in the right direction, I don't have to have to pay a lot of money to have this done if I can do it myself.
