Zero Gravity Module
Hi Guyz
I just recieved My zero gravity module......It optimizes the spark curve that maximizes the engine hp and torque It suposed to improve hp up to 12% 13/22 hp gains but seeing is believing.
Anyway the instructions are a bit vague to say the least I know its fitted to the air intake temp sensore,I was wondering if any of you guys have fitted one of these or similar,If so what are your thoughts on it and do you have any pics of your installe.
Thanx

I got one but it has been sitting on the shelf for a while because I am still finishing some cosmetic stuff on my car.
But I agree with you 110% on the vagueness of the instructions. I would like some help with this as well.

Wow, you guys are brave. You probably won't get many responses from people here about using these resistors in a box. All it really is is a $0.25 resistor in a box.
These things trick your ECU into thinking the intake air temp is lower than it actually is. Depending on the change it can cause your timing to advance. It is possible that this could cause a performance increase. It is also possible that this could increase detonation.
I would never buy one of these because they are not specific to the vehicle model. What might cause one engine to safely advance timing could cause another to damage itself. If you do decide to connect it you will need to splice it into the wire that goes from the IAT sensor to the ECU. According to the factory service manual, that is pin 6 on the MAF sensor connector. It should be a Black wire with white stripe.
If this mod gives you a check engine light, then the resistor is too big.
Disclaimer: My explanation of the hookup of this device does not mean I condone the use of it.
