Here's what I got:

1: Eclipse 2454 Head Unit - Plays wonderful DVD's while driving.
2: Eclipse 3422 AMP hooked up to the fronts and the woofer
3: Infinity Reference 6.5's up front
4: Stock Rear speakers
5: Infinity Sub
6: Lots of new insulation.

Anyone have an idea how to fix the ugly border?

 

Try going to Home Depot and have them color-match your center console, then paint that plastic trim piece.

This is the unit that I want. I heard this thing is back order. How long did u wait to get it? More pictures please.

 

Maybe I will go to HD to get it color matched. But that means I either have to paint it with a brush, or get an airbrush or something. And I should probably remove the trim piece before I do it.

Oh, so I got the unit at Goodguys. I bought the whole system, not sure if they gave me a deal or not, but I know I got ripped off on the install of the HU, of which they charged me like 400 dollars.

So the whole set was 3550 installed with tax, I even got an Ipod input attached. Went to Good guys. They had to order it from the warehouse which took 5 days.

I am going to London tomorrow, so I will see what I can do about pics when I get back.

 

400 to install just a headunit is ridiculous, that head unit looks amazing though.
