Default Eclipse VS JL

Alright, i was looking around for audio. Originally (and so far) im all about JL. but i've heard a lot about the Eclipse titanium series. I was just wondering what you guys thought bout the difference b/w JL 10W6v2 and 10W7 vs these eclipse woofers? Whata bout the amps? Are the eclipse comparable to the JL's ????

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

It's really going to depend on what you want for subs. For amps the question is easy, JL amps. Eclipse amps are blah.

I'm a big fan of both Eclipse and JL subs, both are great. There's no way an Eclipse titanium sub will come close to a W7 but it should match a W6 no problem. If you want to look at another sub that I think will outpreform the W6 or the Eclipse that would be an Image Dynamic IDQ10. Regardless of choice all of them are great subs.

Eclipse and JL are both fine subs. One thing about eclipse subs is that they need tons of power to sound nice while JL is more efficient. Although the IDQ is a very nice sound quality sub but in term of output, it will be stomp by the JL W6 series.
