Are there any plans on making one of these enclosures for the right side as well? Also, would other 10" subs work in this box? If other subs would fit and there was one for the right side, I'd be interested in just the boxes.

fitting a sub on the right side is going to be a very tight fit....the right side is a different shape than the left giving it less airspace to work with

Ditto, but ecnal123's post made me start wondering about where to keep the wheel locks/jack/parts now if that part will be covered.

Well I just got the car back from Nazar today and it hits very nicely! This is my first higher end stereo installation so I don't have much to judge it against but I am very happy. Man this Alpine CDA-7998 has too many things on it to learn. Time for some reading tonight. I will post more pics of the install once Nazar gets them over to me.

Thanks again to Nazar for the nice work!

the enclosure would be removable so if you would need access to them all you have to do is take it out

Thank you all for all the compliments. Want to thank JC again for his car.

Here is an attempt to answer all questions.

At this time we do not have plans for th eright side. It would be hard to match the performance of both sides, not to mention cosmetics. However anything is possible.

As far as 10w6v2, We can actualy fit a 10w6v2 in the box, However we would need to space it out with a 10" Speaker ring. I would imagine the finish product would be nice however cost would inhibit it from becoming a popular model. We are willing to customize the box for a 10w6v2 per special order basis.

As far as fitting other subwoofers, We have not tested it. It is very possible, for best recommendation I would compare the size and dimensions to the JL 10w3v2. If it is close we can propably make it fit. However keep in mind 10w3 is a very forgiving Sub, As far as the room it needs in th eenclosure. Not all subwoofers may perform the same. Ofcourse there may be some that will perform better. In either case if you have a sub that is close we can propably make it work. You will have to send your sub to us to have a special modified box made. We have offered this for many others with Strut tower enclosures. (We just finished a 3x10 enclosure for Audiobahn subs, and a nother one for 2X8" Ads subs).

As far as the G35s well I have not found a Donor yet, However I know someone from the CapeCod meet won a $50 Gift cert for our shop and He had a G35. We do give a substantial discount on the enclosure for donor vehicles. Hint Hint ...

We are trying to decide what the price should be. It will depend on the cost of molds and final assambly of the sprayed enclosure. We will promise to keep it real with the price. It will be right in the range of the JL enclosures.

Are you going to have plans to match the FROST interior? What is the price and when do you plan on having them released?

Looks good, but I gotta ask; why not replace the foam next to the spare tire? There's much more airspace down there and it takes up no trunk space. Here's mine.

I have been waiting for someone to make this! I just recently made a box for the spare tire well but would gladly toss it for this. As soon as you have the price on this, let us know!
