sub question??
Hi,
I am in the market for a 10" sub and was wondering what the difference is between a 2 ohm sub vs. a 4 ohm? Does it matter which one i get if i am going to be running a 4 channel amp? Thanx in advance.

2 ohm sub will run more power, but hotter.
Most amp will put out W RMS in 4 ohm and 2xW rms in 2 ohm.
If you running single sub and have enough ventilation to your amp placement, then 2 ohm will give it more power..
