I had my current stereo system in for about one year now and put off installing subs. I finally know what I'm putting in. I'm going to install one Rockford Fosgate Power Stage 1 T110D4 sub in a custom enclosure and hooking it up to a Rockford Fosgate Power T5002 Amp.
The only concern I have is making the custom box to fit under the strut bar and make it flush front and back. I'm a little worried there won't be enough volume inside.
Could someone please tell me about how much volume can be had by making such a box. I will post some pics when it's all said and done.

Here's a picture of the sub and amp I'm going to use. I heard the sub and it sounds awesome. What do you guys think? Has anyone heard anything about these subs?
