Default New Delphi Roadie 2 for XM Radio

Just wanted to post a picture of my first mod!

It is the new XM Delphi Roadie 2.

Circuit City did a great job on the installation with no visible wires anywhere and the antenna is mounted on the roof just behind the windshield, they are making the antenna's really small no width is just a little over an inch in size which is good cause there isn't too much space on a roadie to mount an antenna.

The reception is great but the built-in FM Modulation really sucks but since I have a cassette player I am just running it through an analog adaptor and the sound quality is quite good.

You can get an aux-in adapter from PAC Audio for your Bose head unit. That will allow you to connect your Roadie directly to the radio without modulation or cassette adapter, and give you much better quality sound.

Sweet!

I am gathering that if I install one of these I can also have a audio cable for my Creative Labs ZEN MP3 player as well.

Only works for 2004 and later Bose, though The 2003's aren't sat ready (correct me if I'm wrong...)

Wonder if a 2004 HU would work with the 2003 wiring harness? Somebody might want to dump one cheap. I'm really not wanting to swap out my whole system, but an Aux input would be great.

There isnt a SAT button, just a RADIO button that toggles AM1, FM1, FM2, SAT1 and SAT2. Check your owners manual to confirm which model you have,
