Nice. Very clean looking install.

Any first impressions on the navigation unit? I'm considering this as an add-on to my ddx7015.

The navigation unit is awesome. My father, who has a BMW 4.4l X5 with the navi. system, want that unit in his Bimmer cause it just works awesome. They map is on a kind of gyroscope deal and it spins as you turn, while on the BMW it is notchy rather than the smoothness of the Kenwood. Also you can change the angle you view the map, so it isn't just that direct overhead shot everyone is used to. I keep mine just slightly off angle from directly overhead.

I have the same unit in my car, and am wondering does yours tell you where to turn? My unit never talks to me, just shows me the green line where to go. It only says you have arrived, or nav instructions will begin once you go to the start point or something along those lines.

Let me know.

I like the woman's voice on mine. Especially when I pass a turn, she says,"Please make your first Legal u-turn".
