If you can get away with NOT covering up the dead pedal on the drivers side, I am sure lots of people would be interested.

I'm running kick panels, and are they worth it? Absolutely, they do wonders for staging. If you can get them to do it for a decent price I'm sure you can sell a few here and there.

what he said... it's annoying to not be able to put my foot on the dead pedal. the only Z i've sat in with speakers mounted in the kick panels covered up the dead pedal, and i hated not having a place to put my left foot when not on the clutch.

I will see if they can recess the speakers back into the wheel well, they had already planned on this.
Btw... ELP or Extremely Loud and Painful is the company that is redoing my system.

Another thing we are thinking about doing is fiberglassing an enclosure for a midbass driver in the doors in the stock location if anyone is interested in that.

Sounds like you want to make kicks for a 4in or so, and put the 6.5 in the door for a 3way set?

Guess you can remove me from the list unless the kicks are a great deal (so great that I am forced to go 3ways )

I need 6.5in & 1in for my 165W's ..

I've got the Utopia 165W's .. the step up to the 165W3's is a large cost.

Dyn, DLS, Seas, Lotus, are about the other ones I'd consider, and none of them will come affordably.

I do have lots of options on subs tho ? 10 IDMax, 12XXX, 15XXX .. decisions decisions.

I was able to get the 165w3 at cost so it was a no-brainer

I got the 165W's fairly cheap, so unless I get a good deal on 3ways, I'm unlikely to seperate from the 165W's.

Maybe they'll be willing to make me a set of kicks w/the larger baffle. Back molding the same, aiming should be the same, just diff size baffle ..

We'll see how much they cost first
