Using standard sub box behind strut tower?
to hell with the expensive JL box, you will be happy with the ebay box.
The stock wiring is fine to tie into trust me on that one I learned the hard way.
Just run wires up to the head unit and tie into the wires going to the front speakers there. Then hook your crossovers up in the doors. Be sure the wrap them in plastic to protect them from water. You should be good to go

Thanks for the wiring tip, should make things a lot easier. The crossovers in the door are huge (barely got em' in there), but luckily already come with a nice hard plastic protective casing. May wrap some shrink wrap around them for some extra protection this time though. Didn't really think about the water, but doesn't rain much here in Arizona anyway. Although I guess I do wash my car quite a bit.

Should be adequate. Didn't really think about the water, but doesn't rain much here in Arizona anyway. Although I guess I do wash my car quite a bit.
