The etching was done by a couple i meet in new york. I chose the images and after 3 hours of testing depth, we etched it on the plexi. very long process.

are you a professional installer or a DIYer? system looks awesome...ver clean and simple.

I want to begin mapping out my project for the G35 Coupe and am looking for a mentor. I'm a first timer at anything audio, but look forward to the challenge.

Interested???

Nice job.

Quick question, where'd you get your Yellow top from? Every idiot shop around here tells me Optima doesn't make a group 35 yellow top, but I know they do (i remember the press release last year).

The box was pressed in from the front to the back, very tight!

The etching was $100 and the plexi was $90. Price also depends on what kind of plexi you buy. I got 3/4 inch Acrylic. which is made for etching. my images etch white, other plexiglass will etch clear.

The box is made of MDF, and coated with glazing putty. 6 coats of paint. 2 primer, 2 red , 2 clear. thanks for the compliment.
