Double Din Stereo Install and Screen
Just finished my double din install using a pioneer 9300 and their DVD player, also installed the farenheit screen in the nav area. The remote sensor was relocated to the head unit area so a hole wouldn't have to be cut in the nav area. I'm installing the speakers and amp as I speak, and hopefully will finish soon. I'm having Diamond Audio Component both front and back and using a MTX 5 channel. Will post the finish pix later.

Same screen most other people used.......the farenheit T-5801 i think...........no cutting of the nav necessary, it fits perfect.......only drilled holes in the back to get wires through.

Are those seats factory Nissan seats or custom? They are pretty sweeeeettt. Also do you plan to cover the little gap between your head unit and the dash panel? What would you say is the hardest part of your install so far?
Thanks,
The seats are katzskin i think that the factory sub out to install. The gap using the supplied trim ring around the head unit actually covers pretty well.........for now i think it's fine. The hardest part about the install is running the cables and taking everything apart and remembering how to put them back together. I ran the power cables through an existing hole in the firewall which was hidden behind the fuse box.......i had to take out the plastic cover and the battery in order to get to it. Also running the speaker wires from the amp to the door is time consuming too........i finished one door yesterday and hopefully will finish the other today. But it'll all be worth it when it's finally done.
