Default 13w7 in a Z, take 2 :) with video now :)

some of you may remember this install from a few months ago that didnt get much love

https://my350z.com/forum/audio-builds/187896-my-poor-back-another-13w7-350z-install-done-pics-here.html

to be honest, i didnt like it that much either the way it turned out...just so cluttered, but...to be honest...the problem wasnt exactly with my creativity hehe, there was a few limiting factors:

1. customer got hte huge 1000/1 JL despite my warning having it pared with such a big sub...thanks kel!

2. customer wnated the area infront of the arch empty for storage...

3. there is an aquamist intercooler spray bottle, about hte size of a 1 gallon milk jub, in the back and there MUST be access to it...

so basicalyl, as a result, that install turned out the way it did

after talking and going over other options with the customer about how to make this more simple and elegant.

the end result is below...the inverted sub makes for a much lower floor, and we hid the 300/2 under hte fake floor so only the 1000/1 is featured. the aquamist bottle in next to the sub box accessed via a pop off cover...

also added two of my 8" widescreen replacement visors dressed in suede

enjoy...

what spare?

i WISH it was an idmax...the problem with the 13w7, as with any w7, is one the 13 needs about 1.8 cub feet of air space versus barely over 1 fot he idmax, and as you know, the w7s need to be first mounted on a baffle in order to mount upside down lol...thats why its such a pain...

Very nice! I heard this car before the visual improvement. It sounded better than it looked. I hope that hasn't changed?

B is the absolute best when it comes to customer service and his prices are 100% equal to that. I mean this guy redid this install in what 3 days!!!!!!! That seems damn near impossible to me (if you need sleep to live)

You know how they say you can only have two of the following?

Cheap
Fast
Good

Well F*** that not with B!! With B you get

Super cheap
Lighting fast
And GREAT

This guy re-did the install for FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Then kicked in the visors for what seems lest then cost and on top of all that

THIS GUY SPENT HIS OWN MONEY ON MY FRONT KICK PANELS AND SAID THERE A GIFT!!!!!!!!!!

I MEAN I’VE NEVER EVER EVER HAD A GUY WHO I NEVER MET TREAT ME MORE LIKE FAMILY THEN A CUSTOMER BEFORE I GAVE HIM A DIME

B you’re the man!!!!

B is now doing my Benz and will be doing my truck next and what ever car I get in the future. I live about 2 hours away and he even had his wife drive and meets me half way. I was late because of traffic and he didn’t say a word

Just can’t say enough about this guy. Keep up the good work bing and it's only a matter of time before you will not be able to take in new clients = 0 )

If I wasn’t married HAHAHAHAHA JK JK JK

hehe chillin here at my parents place in NJ..

thanks for hte kind words 1G Like i always say, i treat this more as my passion than a business, and i believe in treating my customers as my fellow friends who share the same passion rather than someone who just help pays the bills its hard sometimes with certain types of folks, but with you its a pleasure

i will tell you for usre that the sub is more intimidating for my physical health (read...my sore back lol)

I saw the previous topic on the installation and found the setup as well quite messy and asymmetrical.

Now it looks excellent! Well done on the revised installation. Must be a PITA to start all over with thinking how to install it once you already had a plan in your mind before.
