Default New Install Starts this week

Well my DB Track will go into the shop on Thursday to start the install. Below is what I am going to have done.

1. Custom Kick panels with Focal 165 W3's, 4 inch and Tweet in kick and the 6 inch woofer in the door.

2. Custom Sub box under the Strut bar with a 10 inch Solobaric. The box will be Fiberglass gel coated and color matched to the DB exterior color.

3. Amp rack between the rear seats and the strut bar, this will be also fiberglass gel coated and color matched with 2 Rockford 40x2's running the Focals( 40x2 per side) and a 250M2 running the sub. The amps will be sandblasted and polished to match the car's interior.

I already have my Eclipse 5441 head unit installed and will finsh the install of the custom auto PC when te car returns from the shop.

I will be taken pictures each day or every other day of the progress and will post them for all to enjoy.

I will be going back Thursday or Friday and the kicks should be done except painting. I went ahead and am going to paint the kicks DB to match the amp rack and sub box.

I also should have some pics of the amp rack and possible the early stages of the box Friday or Sat. It should all be done mid next week.

Can't wait to hear this thing, also I'm just can't stand driving a Camery for this long!!!!!

it looks like you got the SK dinn plate to match the contor of the console perfectly, correct? If so, how does the head unit fit? I found that if I put too much of a bend, the hu would no longer sit flush on the plate. Also, what did you use around the edges?

Looks great so far, can't wait to see it finished

The installer is working on the head unit install in the bend as we speak. He should have it close to finshed by Sat and I'll go and take some more pics.

I guess you're using an older solobaric woofer? Are you also using the kicker grill? looks like it from the shape of the woofer ring on the sub box. How is he going to finish the fiberglass work? vinyl or paint? Looks great so far.
