infinity website has 2 basslinks, the basslink X and the bass link T......which one did you all install, and where did you purchase yours?

 

and would buying a used basslink from ebay run me a risk of compramising on sound quality, a wiser man then me once told me to never buy used sound components.
any more wiseguys know better?

I kinda laughed at this one. Do you honestly believe that something that was bought nearly 3 years ago would cost even remotely the same today? At this point, what he paid is completely irrelevant, don't you think?

Anyone who is active-enough on the web to post on an online forum is likely internet-educated enough to type "Infinity Basslink" in Google and click on any one of the dozens of resulting reseller links to get an idea of what its various types cost today.

But then again, we won't get an much enjoyment out of it

I got my basslink through EBAY 3 years ago and it was fine. Bought it for like 60% of retail, forgot the exact numbers. Just make sure they have a good history I guess.

 

Would the basslink fit in the factory spare tire well?

 

anybody know where I can get new legs for my basslink? I lost my horizontal mounting legs about a year ago, and haven't found any place to order new ones.

 

I don't mind bringing up an old thread to admit It was a good read. I probably have one of the only Z's with bose speakers and amps left in the car. The basslink shall be installed soon.
