I'll go out on a limb and say....door pods?

Nice work. I just can't stand the "basketball" style speaker covers.

Gotta be speaker pods to fit at the base of the windshield/dash/a-pillar junction. Hey, you SAID they're for SQ.

yup you got it...

defiently a one-off, as you can imagine, it requires very delicate fiberglass work, espieclaly the inverted part of the windowshiled and the tinly corner it goes into... not to mention wrapping it in one piece suede

Hey Bing, since you seem to be pretty creative on this front I don't suppose you might be able to weigh in on my tweeter location thread a few posts down?

Bing has, once again, outdone himself. I can't wait to hear what these sound like.

Just received these today, so I'll be installing them tonight or tomorrow. I'll place them on the dash and snap some pics so you all can see what they look like. Bing has pics of them in a Z, but I'll let him post them if he chooses.

There is definitely a theft issue, but I almost never park my car where I can't see it- parked right out front of my office window and garage kept at night. Anytime we go to the mall etc, we take the minivan which Bing hasn't designed a system for yet.......... yet. Also, a sunshade will cover these up enough so they don't scream "steal me" in the rare occasion I park it alone.

yeah theft wise, its not hte best obviously mike, you can take some towels with you, so in case you need to, you can throw them over it, with the sunshade, so they dont scream that just murmur
