Thanks. Just figured if I'm going to upgrade the headunit, might as well do the rest.

I really want a D3. Would I have to replace the speakers right away? If so, could I just run it off the stock amp? I figure you might know this, sorry if its off-topic. Thanks.

https://my350z.com/forum/audio-and-video/278145-avic-d3-install-guide.html It can be done but you won't get the best sound. And as Ichigo might want to hurry up. I ordered mine from Crutchfield.com. Came with everything I needed to do the install. They are also offering a free XM tuner with purchase!

Nice. Post some pics after the install. Are you doing it yourself?

Thanks. I originally was going to install it myself but I'm lazy. Dropping the car off Tuesday to get everything installed. Also bought a Clifford alarm while they do the install.

Sounds great and hits hard. Perfect for me.

Jeremy Laster at Car Toys (Colorado Springs, North Academy) did the complete install. Highly recommend him!!!

very nice set up.

I run one of the JL Audio Base ***** with my setup... what a beautiful thing. Back in the day we used to mount our crossovers up front so we could have as much control as we do with a single **** these days.

just be warned the base **** isnt a gain control its a base boost, ie its a good way to blow your subs.
