Yeh, I cant ait for Nopi Nationals. I just heard that Power105 FM and LL Cool J are running a 2 day car show at Nassau Colliseum on October 4-5, with a sound off competition. You know I am entering that thing! Imagine the faces when i pull into the applicant area with a 350z hatch! against them huge trucks with 26"+

Sometines size doesnt matter with acoustics. My installatuion is gonna be crisp, loud and hit hard. And with three 7" monitors in the small interior space it should do well.

 

nice. the shop where i take my car is installing something for some kid with a civic.

all i saw was 3 13w7's, 3 jl 1000x1 amps and 2 jl 500x4 amps. they said the other hardwear was in his car already (as in head unit, all the component speakers, and everything else. and in a civic??? he's going to knock the doors off of his car! haha.

 

wow. that civic is gonna rattle like a ****. I think i overdid my system for the acoustic space i have. I am really skeptical that i wont have rattles with two 10w7 and 4 650csi evolution replacement speakers.

 

i wanna hear this civic when it's done.....no way it's not going to rattle. it will....for sure! that's ok...he'll be deaf after one car ride...he won't hear the rattling!

 

I have 3 10w6v2's with a 1000 watt amp and it is dynamted heavily and it rattles like **** outside. nothing you can really do.

 

yeah, now imagine each one of your 10w6v2's being 13w6's. and your 1000 watt amp...that would be good enough for one of the subs. adding 2 more 500 watt amps for the component speakers. one more thing...it's a civic...it's more tinny than the z. he's going to need more than dynamat! haha.

 

He will have to use that spray in bedliner! Ha ha
