Well its mostly done,we are having to fab new speaker grills for the doors since we had to build out the housing so much to clear the door window its not allowing the standard grill to mount..took us 6+ hours to install..the doors were a mother But it sounds F'n fantastic o it was worth sweating in the garage in this muggy heat !
AThe tiny XD amp puts out big sound
alots of controls with the XD
New hertz tweeter installed in the factory slot
Hertz 6.5's installed in the door
Not much to this part so jsut a shot of it in
Not a show install here but its easy to adjust like this and I do not lose glove box space...in the cuby behind the driver's seat
New Perrin Super Shorty Ant

Cool man, I started my install last weekend and ran in to some of the same problems that turned a 2-4 hour install in to something that's lasted entirely too long, lol... Mostly because I've had to do bits and pieces this week in-between work & this Georgia heat is no joke...
But anyway, looking good for an OEM-looking install... any reason why you didn't flush-mount the tweeters?
Let us know how the grills turn out!

Forgot to mention when using the OEM door speaker housing we had to notch out three spots to get those beafy Hertz baskets to fit. Probably took about 2 hours for the drivers side door and jsut over an hour for the passenger since we knew how to get it to fit. Still working on the grills will post up once I get em finished.
